Why our scores actually mean something
Every reviewer drinks off the same sheet — the same 11 things, judged the same way, whether the pint’s in Manchester or Dublin. That’s the whole trick: a score in one city and a score in another genuinely compare. The crowd-sourced apps can’t say that.
