The Verdict
Cracking head and settle poured well and a good wait, head stand proud and the settle is slow and just right. Colour isn’t as dark as it could be. Creamy first gulp lots of foamy head and a good balance of sweetness and bitterness. Aroma a little metallic and the texture looses its way after the first gulp.
