The Verdict
Ok so this pint was poured a little too quick and the texture is quite thin. The head, though nicely domed didn’t have that density and creaminess that I was looking for. And because of that the beer itself was bitter, noticeably so. The bitterness came through more than the sweetness and left a slight aftertaste. Good notes of coffee and roasting but the bitterness was just a little more than I would have liked. And without that creamy head it’s an ok pint, not a great pint.
